Expectations:

The Medical Student Coordinator Supports the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Department by overseeing the administrative and logistical aspects of medical student rotations and programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and ACGME requirements.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Education, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum of two (2) years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.

SKILLS:
Medical Terminology, ability to prioritize projects and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Knowledge of general accounting and budgeting, order supplies, familiar with hospital departments.
Basic knowledge of office skills, office automation, and computer skills (MS Office products, SharePoint, and various reporting schedules).

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $26.00 – $39.00.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
