Compensation Range:

Anticipated compensation range of $57.97 – $72.39 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

The Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse is responsible for supporting the infrastructure necessary to develop and maintain a therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff members. Coordinates treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessments and plan of care including goals, implementation of treatment, evaluation and outcomes for patients throughout the organization. Provides patient, family and staff education regarding wound management, prevention of pressure injuries, support surfaces, dressing selections and other therapies. Is a resource person for physicians and clinical staff. Participates in performance improvement plan of the organization.

EDUCATION:
BSN. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum two years recent clinical experience

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Certified in Enterostomal Therapy Nursing (CETN) issued by Wound Ostomy and Continency Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB)
