Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $24.79 – $24.79 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

Customer Service Liaison is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to all guests/staff entering or on the facility. Will support the goals and objectives of the facility in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient/staff satisfaction. The position will range widely based on the needs of the guest and requires Customer Service Liaison to be proactive, flexible, and accommodating with the ability to follow through on guests’ requests. The position will often be demanding and fast-paced, requiring excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College level business education is preferred.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel or spa environment with cash-handling and reconciliation experience or customer service related field required. 2 years of professional experience preferred. Bilingual preferred.

SKILLS:
Excellent professional verbal/non-verbal and written communication skills, expertise in product/service knowledge, responsive and attentive in the execution of client/ vendor needs and concerns. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Customer service driven with time management and multitasking skills. Representatives are efficient and able to multi-task with constant interruptions while providing excellent customer service and accurate quality work. Self-empowered and proactive to complete daily tasks.
