Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $124,584.00 – $155,570.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

Coordinates clinical functions within the assigned specialty group. Supports and enforces established departmental policies and procedures, standards, objectives, quality improvements, safety, environment of care and infection control guidelines.
Performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Assists nurses in each unit with hard-to-deal with issues and coordinates admissions and discharges. Is the on-site supervisor for all go-to-issues by staff and patients.
This position may require flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN or higher preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Lead position in a psychiatric unit for 1 or more years, Comprehensive knowledge of developing and implementing policies and procedures preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association

Preferred:
Current unrestricted Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) Designation issued by Los Angeles County, Department of Mental Health
