Expectations:
The RN works collaboratively with providers and staff to provide and manage patient care utilizing critical thinking and the nursing process. Coordinates patient care across the health care continuum and assists other team members with meeting individual patient needs.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) required. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered if enrolled in a BSN program with degree completion within 2 years of date of hire or date of transfer to an RN position. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
SKILLS:
Basic computer skills.
Recent/relevant experience working on an Electronic Health Records system.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, strong organization skills and a keen attention to detail.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $46.00 – $69.00.
Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
