The Patient Experience Specialist has expertise in all aspects of the patient experience data management process including surveying, data management and analysis, as well as providing support for patient experience programs. This role works in close coordination with other members of the patient experience team. This position may require flexibility of hours.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience/Training:
Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
Organized individual with excellent communication skills.

Skills:
Strong computer literacy and software experience – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Strong knowledge of CAHPS and Press Ganey portal functionality. Excellent customer service skills including complaint management and conflict resolution.
Appropriately sets priorities and organizes daily workload by working independently and meeting specific deadlines.
