Provide third tier of support for diagnosis and resolution of end-user technology incidents and problems. Provide first-level support for executives. Expected to take ownership and ensure final resolution. Provide ticket handoff and pickup between shifts. Prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact. Executes assigned tasks and moves/adds/changes. Monitor vital systems and work with vendors to coordinate support. May be assigned to projects/ tasks of mid- to high-level complexity. May require flexibility of hours and is eligible for overtime pay. Education: Two years college in related field or equivalent technical experience. Bachelor degree preferred. Experience/Training: 5+ years performing the following, including but not limited to: managing the H/W and S/W lifecycle of client devices, resolving a variety of complex system issues, handling multiple tickets effectively, working on multiple, cross-disciplinary tasks/projects and mentoring junior team members. Advanced understanding of client technologies. Licenses/Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification desired. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Windows desktop operating systems. Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook / Word / Office / Excel / Powerpoint / etc.). Desktop configurations. Mobile device configurations. Apple products and iOS. Active Directory / DNS / DHCP. TCP/IP
